Downtown Tarboro’s Trick-or-Treating & Halloween Fun, Thursday, October 31st
Join us for a fun day of activities on Halloween day, Tuesday, Oct. 31st as Downtown Merchants and outside organizations distribute candy to our youth from 10am-12pm and 3:30pm-5pm. Following Downtown Trick-or-Treating enjoy music and food trucks on the Town Common from 5pm-9pm.

Join us for a Sunday afternoon enjoying bluegrass music, craft beer from multiple craft breweries from Eastern NC, great food, and the sights and sounds along the banks of the Tar River located at Riverfront Park as we celebrate our annual Bluegrass Celebration on Sunday, Nov. 3rd. Join us for our Annual Tree Lighting this year hosted the evening of Saturday, November 30th beginning at 6pm until 8pm on Courthouse Square located at 311 N. Main St. Enjoy Christmas Caroling from the Fantastic Shades of Harmony. Shop and dine prior to and throughout the evening locally as we will also be celebrating Small Business Saturday. Tarboro’s New Year’s Eve Downtown Countdown

Join us for one of our most exciting events of the year our annual New Year’s Eve Downtown Countdown to 2025. Our Kids and Family event will begin at 7pm with music and crowd engagement from Impultz Entertainment a costumed character, face painting, and food trucks. Following our Kids Event we will host live music from 9pm until we countdown to 2025. Food trucks will be on site beginning at 7pm until 12am and a beer tent sponsored by the Tarboro Development Corporation will be open from 9pm – 12am.
